AI DRIVEN MAINTENANCE: A SUPPLY CHAIN APPLICATION

From data driven maintenance to AI driven maintenance. Artificial intelligence application can directly drive the maintenance process. Aquiring a lot of data from the field logical systems can autonomousely send when is necessary AGVs and drones to inspect with different sensors machines and installation. On the basis of the data collected AI can directly search and order components and spare parts from the best distributor. After this AI can suggest the best practise to maintenance people to solve the occured trouble.

BIO

Marco Di Rienzo, in 1998 he graduated in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. In March 1999 he joined Verzolla where he covered various roles. At present time he holds the positions of Quality Manager and MRO Technical Support Engineer with Key Account’s development function, RFQ management of spare parts for International Customers, technical support on applications and savings for production costs, based on OEM conversions and optimization of stocks in the warehouse. He is involved as an Insite Manager and Responsible for the processes digitalization in various corporate projects.
